An extra bed can be put in the twin bedded room in Foxglove and Honeysuckle and a Junior bed for children can be added in Geranium Cottage and Periwinkle at no extra charge. Geranium Cottage now has a small garden added to it's patio. Gas Bar-B-Ques are available for guests use and there is play equipment for small children. South facing conservatories have been added to Foxglove, Honeysuckle and Periwinkle. There is a free washing machine and dryer for guests use.
All the cottages have heating provided between mid September and mid June, All also have TVs, with sky freesat and radios, telephones and thermostatic controlled convection heaters, Geranium Cottage has full gas central heating (Gas and electricity costs are included in the terms). Sorry only Guide Dogs are accepted.

The Cottages are prepared prior to your arrival with tea,coffee,sugar, milk and bread provided. All linen is included with a half change after one week, however guests are requested to provide their own beach towels.

RESERVATIONS.

Wednesdays and Saturdays only during the high season. If the rate changes in the period reserved a pro rata rate is made. One third deposit required on booking, card payments accepted, please also provide your three number security code on the rear of your card. Balance on arrival. Cottages are available from 12.30 hrs, please vacate by 09.30 hrs to enable the cottage to be prepared for the next guests. We are now on Google Map for directions

CANCELLATIONS.

More than 8 weeks before arrival the deposit is only returned if, the period originaly reserved is re-let. Within 8 weeks we reserve the right to charge for any of the period reserved which we are unable to re-let. We therefore advise that you take out holiday insurance.
